Hey everyone,… and yes, I decided to do the year and review on the last day of the year. However, I originally wanted to do it a few days ago, but haven’t had the time. Anyways, on with the review.2007 for me was an o.k. year for me, however, it was the year where my family, including me, were moving so much. My parents moved out of the house in Grimes that we lived in for a little over ten years and stayed at my Mom’s Mom’s place till a family in Carroll (where my family was moving to) moved out of the house in early August that my family purchased. Then my family and a relative helped me move out of the student living apartments to my own studio apartment just on the other side of downtown Minneapolis. I really got sick en-tired of the student apartments after 2 years of living there. After I moved to my new apartment, it was time for my brother to move to Iowa City in order to attend the University of Iowa after my parents moved into the new house in Carroll. 2007 was a crazy year for my family.

My Own Playstation 3
After a year since the release of the Playstation 3 and reporting on the release at the Nicollet Target store in Downtown Minneapolis, I now have my own Playstation 3! I purchased the 40GB version with the free Spiderman 3 Blu-Ray movie. I know that some of you are trying to say to me on why I didn’t get the 60GB with the backwards compatibility. Well, I originally was planning on getting one, but after much debate with myself, i know that I didn’t even play any PSOne games and rarely any PS2 games (the God of War series, Guitar Hero, the Kingdom Hearts series, and Final Fantasy XII are the only games I’ve played on the PS2). So I though it was better off to just save $100, especially for a console that plays Blu-Ray movies. If I decide to play one of the games that I’ve already played on the PS2, I can just go and get a PS2 for a little over $100.

We’re Moving!
It’s been a little over two months since the last time I was on here. However, I think it’s the good time to tell you all this, but I know a few of my friends already know this. After being in Grimes for about 11 years now, we are moving! Yes, you heard me, we’re moving. The reason is that my dad got a job with United Bank of Iowa in Carroll in Winter of last year. Which would mean that we would have to move to Carroll.

God of War 2 Demo Review
I recently preordered one of my favorite game series of all-time, God of War II, which is to be released March 13, a day before my 21st Birthday. I got it as a birthday present to myself. On the day I was preordering the game, the worker at EB Games said that the demo disks to the game will be available in a couple of days and I can get it when I preorder the game.

Finally, Wii Day!
They day that I have been waiting since Nintendo announced a new system to succeed the Gamecube! Yes, I finally got my hands on the new, Nintendo Wii, without pre-ordering the system at GameStop nor EB Games. I’ve decided to leave and head for the downtown Target at 9pm on Saturday night. I arrived there at around 9:45pm, and as I got there, I was suprised that there was only three people in the line so far, which would make me the fourth person in line, which means that I was the fourth person to purchase the Nintendo Wii at the downtown Target; how crazy is that!?
