Random News IV

Niko Bellic from Grand Theft Auto 4 Hey everyone, it has been a while since I posted an entry on here. I’ve been busy doing my internship with the Minnesota Lynx and been building my portfolio website too since I’ll be graduating this September. So I thought that this latest post will be another random news on what I have been doing so far.

You know, it seems like there is a coincidence since this is the fourth random news article and that I’ll be mentioning Grand Theft Auto IV… But anyways, I picked up the game the day it came out, and at around 5am last night, I beat the game. The game itself seemed pretty easy than the other Grand Theft Auto games. However, I’ll dedicate the next post on my review of Grand Theft Auto IV.

Well, just a few minutes ago I recently upgraded my blog to WordPress 2.5, and I gotta tell you, I really like the new interface, especially the back-end of WordPress. The new WordPress really inspires me to do my own WordPress-type CMS… Maybe I should… Anyways, I’m digressing there. So, if you have a WordPress site on your web hosting service, make sure you upgrade to 2.5.

This week marks Midterms at the college I currently attend, which is AI Minnesota. But I’m glad that my next quarter is my last quarter, and I only have three classes to attend to! I’ll still be interning with the Lynx during that time. Oh, speaking of the Minnesota Lynx: about a few weeks ago, one of my supervisors asked me if I was interested on having a full-time job with them after I graduate from school in September! Of course, I told them that I was very interested in the offer. So it looks like that I have a job secured in the near future, but we’ll see.

There has been good movies out in theatres the times that I didn’t post from my last one in mid-March till now. My favorite anime show, Detective Conan (a.k.a Case Closed), had it’s 12th movie released on April 19th, titled Detective Conan: Full Score of Fear. By the looks of the trailers and photos, this movie looks very promising, but I won’t be able to see it sometime in August when the DVD comes out. However, I need a multi-region DVD player in order to see it. This quarter I went and saw The Forbidden Kingdom and most recently IronMan. Those two films were amazing, and they’re worth seeing, even 10,000 B.C. (if it’s still in theatres) which I saw in March. Also saw Horton Hears A Who! on my birthday.

Well, I guess that’s all I can think of for now, So expect the review on Grand Theft Auto IV next time.
